Customer and order
The customer is the person or business whose information is entered at checkout. The order consists of the products, quantities, unit prices, delivery information, and other selections confirmed before payment.
Product characteristics
The essential characteristics of each product are described on its product page. Because many Terralora pieces are handmade, reasonable variations in glaze, color, grain, pattern, and small dimensions may occur.
Price and payment
The amount due is shown before checkout confirmation. Secure payment is processed by Whop. Available payment methods and final checkout currency depend on location and checkout eligibility.
Preparation and delivery
Orders dispatch from Türkiye. Ready-to-ship and made-to-order products can have different preparation times. Estimated timing is not a guaranteed delivery date unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. Tracking information is added to the customer account or order-tracking page when available.
Withdrawal, returns, and exceptions
Where a statutory withdrawal right applies, it remains available subject to applicable exceptions. Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order goods may have different statutory treatment depending on jurisdiction. Damaged or materially incorrect orders should be reported promptly using our Returns & Damages process.
Complaints and records
Order confirmations, payment references, messages, and fulfillment records may be retained as business records. Contact us with your order number if you need support or wish to raise a complaint.
Governing mandatory law
