Wholesale Terms

These trade terms apply to approved Terralora wholesale accounts in addition to the general site terms and the product-specific information shown in the private Trade Store.

Eligibility and approval

Wholesale access is intended for genuine retailers, boutiques, online stores, distributors, and other approved business buyers purchasing for resale. Terralora may request reasonable business information before approval and may revoke access if the account is misused.

Private pricing and confidentiality

Trade prices and wholesale-only products are visible only to approved accounts. Wholesale pricing is intended for the approved buyer and should not be published as a supplier price list or shared for unauthorized purchasing.

Minimum order quantities

Each wholesale product can have its own MOQ. The minimum shown on the product page applies when the order is placed. Mixed-product totals do not automatically reduce a product-specific MOQ unless the product page expressly says so.

Prices and payment

Wholesale prices exclude any retail margin the buyer chooses to add. Payment is due through the checkout method shown at order time unless a separate written arrangement has been agreed.

Production and lead times

Terralora works in small batches. Lead time depends on product type, quantities, studio capacity, and whether components are already in stock. We will communicate material delays when reasonably possible.

Shipping, duties, and import

Shipping terms are confirmed per order. International wholesale shipments may require importer information and may be subject to destination-country customs rules. Any statement that duties are prepaid applies only where explicitly confirmed for the order.

Retail presentation

Approved retailers may use supplied Terralora product information and approved product imagery solely to market genuine Terralora products they have purchased, subject to our Media Usage and Intellectual Property terms.

Cancellations and damages

Because wholesale orders may enter production specifically for the buyer, cancellation may not be possible after production begins. Transit damage must be documented promptly with photographs of packaging and goods.

Resale channels

Approval for one store or channel does not automatically authorize every marketplace or third-party channel. Contact us before representing yourself as an official distributor, exclusive partner, or authorized marketplace seller.
