Store operator and products

Terralora presents handmade ceramics, wood products, and related collections produced or offered through our studios in Kayseri, Türkiye. Product pages form part of these terms, including price, size, material, production notes, minimum quantities, and availability.

Accounts

• You are responsible for providing accurate account and delivery information.
• Keep your password confidential and notify us if you believe your account is being misused.
• Wholesale access is reserved for approved business buyers and may be suspended if business information is false or the account is misused.

Orders and acceptance

Submitting payment does not require us to accept an order where there is an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, an unavailable product, an impossible delivery destination, or another legitimate reason we cannot fulfill it. If we cannot accept a paid order, we will arrange an appropriate cancellation or refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the storefront currency for convenience where conversion is available. The actual checkout currency and payment methods are confirmed in Whop checkout. Wholesale prices are available only to approved trade customers and may have minimum quantities.

Handmade character

Handmade items naturally vary in glaze movement, color, grain, pattern placement, small dimensions, and other non-functional details. These normal variations are not defects. Material product differences are handled under our Returns & Damages policy.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to break, scrape excessively, reverse engineer, overload, or bypass security on the site.
• Do not use another customer’s account without permission.
• Do not copy product photography, descriptions, designs, trademarks, or other protected content for commercial use without written permission.

Availability and changes

We may update products, pricing, website features, policies, or these terms from time to time. The terms shown when an order is placed apply to that order, subject to mandatory consumer rights.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in these terms is intended to remove consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded in the customer’s jurisdiction.
