What can Terralora Gift Cards be used for?
Any eligible Terralora Ceramics or Terralora Wood merchandise. Gift Cards cannot buy another Gift Card by default.
Can I use part of my balance?
Yes. Only the order amount is deducted and the remaining balance stays on the card.
Can I combine it with another payment method?
Yes. Credit and Gift Card reduce the balance first; only the remainder goes to the external payment method.
Can I send it later?
Scheduled delivery is available when enabled by Terralora. Failed emails remain queued for retry.
Does it expire?
The expiry date, if one applies, is shown in the account and email.
Can it be refunded?
Unused cards can be reviewed for refund. Partially used cards require manual review.
