Where are Terralora products made?
Terralora operates from Kayseri, Türkiye. Product pages identify the relevant Terralora studio and material information.
Are your products handmade?
Many Terralora ceramics and wood products are made or hand-finished in small batches. Natural variation in glaze, pattern, wood grain and small measurements is expected.
How do I track an order?
Use the Order Tracking link in the footer with your Terralora order number and checkout email, or sign in to view orders in your account.
Who processes payment?
Eligible checkout payment methods are processed through Whop. Terralora does not store full card numbers on this hosting account.
Do you ship internationally?
The store is designed for international orders dispatched from Türkiye. Available destinations, courier options and import treatment can depend on the order and destination.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us promptly and send photographs of the item, outer box, internal packaging and shipping label. Keep the packaging until we confirm whether the carrier needs it.
How do I become a wholesale customer?
Create or use your normal Terralora account, open the Wholesale page and submit the business application. Once approved, the same account unlocks the private Trade Store.
Can normal customers see wholesale prices?
No. Wholesale-only products, private trade prices and the Wholesale Savings area are limited to approved wholesale accounts.
Is there a wholesale application fee?
No. The Terralora wholesale application itself does not require a paid registration plan.
Can I use Terralora photos in my store?
Approved wholesale retailers may use specifically supplied or approved Terralora product media to sell genuine Terralora products, subject to the Media Usage and Intellectual Property policies.
Can the site open in my language automatically?
The site uses available country/browser-language information and remembers your language choice. When Google translation is enabled by the administrator, dynamic storefront content can also be translated automatically.
