When the product arrived, it looked a little short to me, so I measured it and it was 12 cm. A 1 cm difference is not a major issue, but I would recommend updating the listed measurements. On the other hand, because my cat is tall, this was the only product I could find that suited us in terms of height, whisker comfort and depth; the others were always too short and narrow. My cat started using it right away and did not reject it. I am happy with it and would recommend it.
