When the product arrived, it looked a little short to me, so I measured it and it was 12 cm. A 1 cm difference is not a major issue, but I would recommend updating the listed measurements. On the other hand, because my cat is tall, this was the only product I could find that suited us in terms of height, whisker comfort and depth; the others were always too short and narrow. My cat started using it right away and did not reject it. I am happy with it and would recommend it.

The previous food bowls were too small and food was always ending up on the floor, so I was looking for something larger. I saw this and bought it. It is genuinely huge; they can comfortably eat and drink from it. The height is another plus. I liked the quality and packaging. They are beautiful, thank you. My cat will not drink from metal bowls either, so I decided to switch to ceramic. I only found the bowl a little deeper than I expected; it could perhaps be slightly shallower.

It looks just like the photos. The colors are beautiful, it feels high quality and looks very stylish. The wide bowl is also very comfortable for my cat and does not bother the whiskers.
